All kits available on our product page include timber frame kit, braces, pegs, splines, and all necessary hardware to raise structure.
Tie-downs such as Timber Lynx, Simpson Straps or other plate systems are not included as that depends on the type of foundation.
Raising is not included! If the site location is within 100 Mi of Maine, feel free to contact for raising price and details.
We'd love to. Currently we're only able to travel within the New England Area. Contact for price and scheduling.
Cranes are almost always worth it. While it is possible to assemble our structures with more traditional methods. We recommend the use of a crane.
The use of crane or forklift is required to receive if purchasing kit.

We like custom frames. Contact us and we can get something set up for you.
Catalog kits: typically 2–3 weeks to cut and prep after order confirmation, plus 3–14 business days freight (often faster in Maine).
Custom frames with design changes are quoted separately — usually 6–12 weeks after approved plans, plus freight. Contact us for a current estimate.
All our frames are designed to be modular. This means that our base price is for a 2 Bay Frame and the frame can be expanded width wise in 10' - 15' increments depending upon the design.
This allows us to offer our frames at a economical entry point yet allow for expansion to those seeking larger footprints.
