Before you write
Ordering a catalog kit: if you're interested in one of our catalog options, add it to your cart and check out there. We don't require payment until details are finalized — availability, site fit, and delivery are confirmed first. Catalog kits are typically cut and prepped 2–3 weeks after order confirmation, plus freight.
Raising and assembly: kits are designed for owner-builder or contractor raising — every piece labeled, assembly drawings and engineer-stamped plans included. We offer raising services within New England; a crane is strongly recommended.
Custom frames: design changes are quoted separately, usually 6–12 weeks after approved plans. Start at custom frames or describe your site and goals above.
